Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients ½ cup butter 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 cups heavy cream ¼ teaspoon white pepper ¼ teaspoon salt 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese Instructions In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt butter. Add garlic, cream, pepper, and salt.Bring to a low boil and reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 8 minutes.Remove from heat and slowly add cheese.Return to stove on low and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.Serve hot.

Peanut Sauce
This peanut sauce is great with chicken or dipping spring rolls. In a blender or food processor combine: 1/2 Cup peanut butter 8 oz coconut milk 1/2 cup agave nectar 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp garlic powder Mix until all combined. Enjoy!

Berry Sauce
This Berry sauce is great for Cake fillings, pancakes, toast, cookies, pastries, Ice cream and more! All you need is 2 Cups of Berries of choice 1/2 Cup of water 1/3 Cup of Sugar Cornstarch if needed for thickening Cook on the stove until all berries have cooked down (about 15-20 minutes). Remove from heat and bring to room temperature before putting in the fridge and it will keep for a few weeks in a sealed container.
