Pie Crust
This amazing Pie Crust recipe is my favorite! It's crispy and delicious! The best crust is always the flakiest in my opinion and all crust is, is Fat, Flour and Water. The best source of fat is butter. Not crisco, or even a mixture. 10 TBS of cold cubed butter (REALLY COLD) 2 Cups of flour 2 tsp Salt with your finger tips cause they don't retain heat as much, crumble the butter and flour unto pea size balls and when you can grab some dough and create a ball with your fist

This recipe will take at the earliest 2 hours and 15 minutes before use, but for best results make the dough the night before using. Summer time is the best time to make Pizza on the grill. Yes, I said on the grill.... Here's my recipe on the best pizza dough. This can also be a Peta bread as well. :) In a large bowl put 7 Cups of "type 00" flour, you can use all purpose if you can't find type 00, but type 00 is the best for pizza dough! In a large bowl with your flour add

Pasta!
2 cups "00" flour is the best though for a silkier dough. ¼ teaspoon salt 3 large eggs plus 5 egg yolks, beaten 1 TBS Olive Oil Flour for dusting to not let it stick together and rolling out. Put flour and salt ion a counter and create a mound with a VERY big well in the middle. Add eggs and yolks, and mix with hands or wooden fork for a minute until dough comes together. Knead the dough for 7-10 minutes and poke the dough with your finger, if it springs back it's ready. Sa
