Cream Cheese Frosting

1/2 Cup High Ratio Shortening
1/2 Cup unsalted room temperature butter
8 oz Room Temperature Cream Cheese
1 TBS Vanilla
8 Cups Sifted Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Cream together butter and shortening for 5 minutes on high and then add vanilla & salt and mix for 1 minute slowly adding sugar until all combined and creamy. Store in an air tight container for a few weeks in the fridge, bring to room temperature before whipping and using. If you don't want to use 1/2 Cup of shortening just add another stick of butter.
