French Toast with a twist

French Toast:
1 loaf of your favorite bread (Texas toast is the best, or brioche)
4 Eggs
1 3/4 Cups Milk (I use almond milk)
Pinch of salt
Dash of nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Butter to cook the french toast in.
Topping: 1 Cup Ricotta cheese, 4 TBS heavy cream, 1/4 Cup Honey, 1/2 tsp Vanilla, 1/4 tsp Cinnamon all whipped together and a spoon full on top of your toast with pure maple syrup!
