Moist Spice Cake!

This is one of my favorite cakes to make. Spice Cake, but in the fall I like to add pumpkin puree to create a pumpkin spice cake!
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
3 Cups Cake Flour (if you don't have cake flour it's just 1 Cup of all purpose flour mixed with 2 TBS of cornstarch to create cake flour) Sifted!
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 TBS cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
-- If you can't find ground cloves use a mortar and pestle to mix all spices together --
Mix all wet ingredient together in a large bowl, 4 Eggs, 1 1/4 Cup Buttermilk & 2 Cups melted butter.
Slowly add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients until all combined.
*** If you're making pumpkin spice then you will add at least 1/2 Cup of pumpkin puree to your batter, more or less if you'd like. Also if you don't have all these spice ingredients you can purchase pumpkin pie spice already mixed together to add 1 1/2 TBS of that to your batter instead of the separate spices. Like always when baking use your baking strips around the pan for even baking and
