Heavenly Beef

One of my husband and I's favorite appetizers are these Heavenly Beef Jerky... It's an amazing twist on Thai food and American beef jerky that just melts in your mouth with flavor.

What you need:

2 lbs of Steak (better quality the better the taste)

2 TBS ground coriander

3/4 TBS ground fennel

2 tsp white pepper

3 TBS crushed garlic

5 TBS fish sauce

5 TBS soy paste, 3 TBS soy sauce, 6 TBS palm sugar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 TBS lemongrass.

Mix all ingredients and massage into sliced meat and dry out with sauce on it in the fridge for 48-72 hours. Bake in the oven at 350*F until cooked to desired temperature (about 6-10 minutes and serve with sriracha sauce and sweet chili sauce.
