Butternut Squash Soup

There's nothing better on a cold day than a nice hearty soup that's healthy and decadent! This is so easy to make and so delicious!
1 Medium Onion, 1 Cup Carrots (chopped), 2 TBS Butter, 1 TBS Olive Oil, 3 Cups Butternut Squash Cubed, 2-3 TBS fresh sage chopped, 4-6 Cups Vegetable broth or Chicken Broth, Salt & Pepper to taste!
Add all ingredients to your dutch oven or pot and cook for 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your butternut squash cubes. Use a blender or emulsifier to create that silky smooth texture and top it with some creme fresh or goat cheese & enjoy!
