Bruschetta

8 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/3 Cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 Cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
1 TBS balsamic vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 loaf of French bread sliced and lightly grilled with olive oil and then rubbed with garlic before mincing up garlic to put into bruschetta mixture.
Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and top the bread before serving. Drizzle more balsamic over the top if desired.
