With entering this industry with no experience and turning my property around from 78% occupied to 97% and 98% pre-leased with a trend over 95%, I have come along way with American Communities. Stepping up to take on responsibilities beyond my level, excelling at every challenge presented to me and working a 229 unit property as leasing manager doing all manager duties alone for 45 days working non-stop with only Sunday's off, while also helping do work orders.
