Classic Chocolate Cake
This classic Chocolate cake is the same as the White cake but we're adding cocoa powder and using the whole egg instead of just the whites. First when making a cake you always want to sift all your dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl and follow the wet ingredients carefully to avoid any mess ups. When it comes to baking it's definitely a science and requires some level of patience. Luckily I have the patience, but for those that know me, know I'm not by any means good

Angel Food Cake? Yes Please!
This light and fluffy sugar cake is very popular and addicting when you start eating it. You just don't want to stop. This goes great with my Berry Sauce I made in the Sauces category! First in a large bowl sift 1 1/2 Cups powdered sugar and 1 cup cake flour 3 times and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix together 1 1/2 Cups of room temperature egg whites (make sure you don't get any yolks in this and make sure your bowl isn't greasy! - you can use the inside of a lemon
